Yobi Group, LLC (“Yobi Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Cue Skip and its related websites and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit cueskip.com (the “Marketing Site”) or use the Cue Skip Click & Collect platform (the “Platform”), including tenant storefronts hosted on Cue Skip subdomains or custom domains.
If you place an order with a restaurant on the Platform, that restaurant is responsible for how it uses your order information. This policy describes Cue Skip’s role as the platform provider.
Information we collect
Marketing Site. If you submit our sales contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, restaurant or brand name, and message.
Platform — restaurant tenants. When a restaurant uses Cue Skip, we collect account and business information needed to operate the service, such as business name, admin user details, menu and location configuration, and payment connection status.
Platform — guest checkout. When you order from a restaurant storefront, we process information needed to fulfill the order, which may include:
- Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number
- Order contents, pickup date and time, and special instructions
- Payment-related information handled by our payment processors
- SMS opt-in choices where a restaurant has enabled guest text notifications
We also collect limited technical information when you use our sites and services, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and server logs used for security, debugging, and reliability.
How we use information
- Respond to sales inquiries and communicate about Cue Skip
- Provide, secure, and improve the Platform
- Process orders, payments, notifications, and kitchen workflows on behalf of restaurants
- Send transactional email or SMS when enabled by a restaurant and permitted by law
- Detect abuse, fraud, and technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
Text messages (SMS)
When a restaurant enables guest SMS and you opt in at checkout by actively checking the consent box, we may send transactional text messages about your order on that restaurant’s behalf. These messages may include order confirmation, ready-for-pickup, complete or cancelled updates, and occasional staff-sent updates related to an existing order. Message frequency varies by order activity. We do not use guest SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns. Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are processed to deliver those messages and to honor opt-outs. Reply STOP to cancel guest SMS; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
Restaurant staff may also receive transactional kitchen/admin order-alert SMS by logging into the password-protected Cue Skip admin dashboard and actively checking an unchecked consent box when entering their own mobile number. Staff alerts are not marketing messages. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Cue Skip, including with:
- Restaurants you order from. Guest order information is available to the restaurant that received the order.
- Service providers. Vendors that help us run the Marketing Site and Platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and SMS delivery providers.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Marketing Site uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for basic site operation, security, and form submission. We do not use the Marketing Site to run advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. Tenant storefronts may use additional cookies or local storage needed for cart, checkout, and session functionality.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sales inquiries submitted through the Marketing Site are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Restaurant and order records are retained according to the restaurant’s subscription and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To stop marketing emails from us, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us. To stop guest SMS from a restaurant using Cue Skip, reply STOP to any message from that campaign.
